I have been away recently. Saturday 28th July – Friday 3rd August at the BAF Aikido Summer School, where I got thrown around a lot, and a member of our club passed his yonkyu grading. Then when I got back I travelled to Swansea for an RSC Wales team meeting yesterday. While I was waiting for the bus back to Aberystwyth I found a nice tapas bar (Scliro’s?) which had a relaxed atmosphere and quite a few vegetarian options, so I will go there again. A pint of Hoegaarden (a white beer) was the icing on the cake after a long walk in the sun.

But now I’m back in the office…
